Erica received a master's in Technology, Innovation, & Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a bachelor's in Psychology. She's an experienced TV tester, formative evaluator, and curriculum consultant.

Striking the right balance between entertainment and education in preschool content is crucial. As a researcher for hit shows like Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, Sesame Street, and more, Erica designs protocols and interview questions to evaluate content with kids. She then translates research data into actionable recommendations that can improve comprehension, interactivity, and appeal.
UX Testing
There are a LOT of steps in any production pipeline and app testing is no different! Seeing HOW kids interact with products helps creators know when to move forward and pivot and is a great gut check that can be done early and often. Erica beta tests apps and other games with kids and families. From research recruitment to test flight builds, Erica leads usability experience testing that aims to provide the smoothest most intuitive experience.
